I know that seems funny to you but it is incredibly hard to keep players in Northern States. GC is like a vortex, very tricky market and don't envy their position.

I'm well aware that the location isn't an easy one to exist in.

If swallow says he wants to get to north it happens they take what we give them, by all means we arnt gonna GONIN dry but it won't be first round pick.
If we can agree on players they like and we will be likely to give and future pick, it will all work out.

Yeah that's why I said as a starting point. O'Meara is a different beast, but I can't see us trading the farm for Swallow given there's a good chance we could get him 12 months later for less. I expect he'll see out the final 12 months of his deal at Metricon.

They get a decent trade for him or he sits in the NEAFL for a year
