Can someone tell me what he has achieved as reserves Coach. How many finals and flags has he won coaching his own side.

He is winning matches with a bunch of local footballers he recruited from around the state against superior opposition every second week .... and he is doing it with twice the injuries .... he loses players when the AFL gets injured as well as missing his best 4 VFL players for most of the season ...

maybe go watch a game ... they play direct ... use the centre square ... take the game on ... they are just great to watch ... they play hard for Morro ... they play like he played

No they don't. Some clubs (Collingwood do it for sure) pay over the cap, and pay the "tax/fine/whatever you want to call it"

That's what a soft cap is. If we want to be the best, we need to pay for the best.

Yze needs modern ideas from new assistant coaches, and not the 18th best fitness staff in the league
