Blame or replace Teague if you like, don't think it's going to make much a fundamental difference really.. Our problems at the club run much deeper than The Coach. The easy/cop out answer would be to sack Teague, hope the club gives him at least one more season with a new and vastly improved coaching panel.

I highly doubt that is going to happen, team has gone backwards, there is no intensity & drive in the group at all.

We need to start looking for a replacement for next year.

Teague needed to be better supported earlier in his tenure with more senior assitants around him.

The club failed him by not doing that, and I now fear it is too late to go back and do that.

The coaching staff needs a clean out and reset, again, unfortunately

The last few weeks have felt reminiscent of Bolton at the end, however Teague has a much more experienced/talented list than Bolton did. I feel like that is the only thing preventing the blow-outs. But the game plan is horrendous - VFL level.

Teague's job is to run the coaching panel. If they are inept as is often inferred, then that is his responsibility. We shouldn't need to do a public review to do his job. Teague clearly cannot manage a high performing coaching panel. Needs to be replaced unfortunately

I also suspect a caretaker coach is going to eke out for wins in the tail end of the year than Teague is at present.

he doesn’t have what it takes to bring them around and crimps wants this year to finish

But Teague is the captain of the coaches!!! Its his job to assemble the right assistants isn't it? He is not a passenger on this bus...he is the driver. If somebody needs to tell him he has the wrong team, then he is the wrong leader. He is clearly a good coach by all accounts, but not a leader. He should remain on as an assistant and we bring in a high performance expert as coach
