I think he needs to go for it though. If he is to win it, he has to do it in straight sets. He won't be able to grind out a 5 set win like Hewitt could. Just doesn't have the endurance yet.

Slow slow courts, could be some long rallies in Hewitt v Tsonga.

Yeah, but DC courts can be a bit different because generally they are temporary surfaces. Occasionally you get the faster clay but this one seems rather slow

I know what you mean but he at least has to pace himself a bit, has to make through three at least, all advantage.

Yeah I will admit a bit harsh, but a little more experience in that scenario and he would be 1 set up I reckon. He has done well so far, if anything Gasquet getting it a bit too easily on serve.
