One of the more bewildering appointments, and an even more bewildering choice to stick with him for five seasons.

His program caused catastrophic injury for three years, then proceeded to shrink our players into thinly framed triathletes (without necessarily translating into extended stamina and staying power).

In short, he was a joke and won't work in football again, at least not in so high a position.

Still, terminating his employment at the club is an excellent decision and a sign we're heading in the right direction at least.

Good riddance! I'm not a well-wisher Bill - in that I do wish you several specific harms.

I somewhat agree, but I think the development of our young kids is paramount... and I don't think that having a developing coach is the best thing to do that.

That said, if he's progressing year-on-year, maybe that won't be a problem next year and beyond.
