Harvey remaining baffles me, then again he and Nathan are very close friends.

Unfortunately I believe he's a part of the problem. I remember an article a few years ago when he was interviewed where he said something like 'Bucks asked me if I thought he was doing the right thing and I said to him, you're the head coach, if you think what you're doing is right then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks'.

I was dead set hoping someone would poach him or he realised he needed to coach a team in his own right. Alas we are stuck with him.
