Love some of the points he makes. He wants to be a leader, is working his darndest to earn the respect of his teammates, his personal goals are team oriented. He just wants this group in the finals.

Interesting that Dawes would say that he thought we paid overs for Clark, especially given the media frenzy over what we gave up for him. He obviously didn't rate Mitch during his time at Brisbane. I found that an odd comment to make, but impressed with his genuineness and honesty.

I thought you guys may be interested, I saw Dawes running laps and doing sprints at the Peanut Farm in St Kilda a couple of days ago. Looked in great shape, he was on his own and working extremely hard.
