This year's AFL Draft is split over two nights, with the first round happening Thursday from 7pm and the second and subsequent rounds on Friday starting at midday. The rookie draft will also take place on Friday after the national draft has concluded, at about 6pm.

Television coverage begins at 6.30PM AEDT on FOXFOOTY 504 on Thursday, and 12PM AEDT on FOXFOOTY 504 on Friday.

If you don't have Foxtel, the AFL website and app are also meant to have live coverage of the event. Thankfully no trade radio ;)

The rookie draft follows straight on after the national draft today doesn’t it?

For those that want to watch. It's a 14-day free trial that includes fox footy. Just cancel before the 14 days is up and you don't pay a dime. I used it yesterday and it was good - no issues connection wise.

I will try to see if my tv can run it. For some reason I had fox footy on my tv today.
