At baker's tribunal they said it was an action they want out of the game that is why it stayed 1 week and not down graded
De goey KOed Hewett with the exact same bump he ised last night in 2023 and got 4 weeks reduced to 3 .
I'm expecting 0 to 1 week at most .
Probably wont even get past the MRP they will say insufficient force even though a president has been set at least 3 times this season
Remember this is the same MRP that let Maynard off after he ended brayshaws career

Baker barely brushed Warner's hair and got a week even after a challenge. Classified medium impact, Umpire right there didn't even pay a free.
Whether it deserves it or not doesn't matter. The fact is there have been several similar acts in the past year or two that were the same or less that apparently did deserve a week, and some more, so this surely deserves a week min.

In the H&A season he'd absolutely get a week. But there's no way they'll suspend him for that in finals.

After the match, De Goey insisted the collision was "just a smother", with Match Review Officer Michael Christian agreeing there was nothing in it to warrant a ban, with the incident graded as careless conduct, low impact and high contact, drawing a $3000 fine ($2000 with an early plea).
