That people around here don’t like our list now is hardly surprising given that decision makers that put this list together were the same decision makers who made a mess of our list mid-decade.

The problem with the “rebuild” was we only rebuilt the playing list instead of the key Footy Dept decision-makers.

The Board was way too _patient_ with the rebuild rather than too impatient.

Good plan, I have booked 3 months in the south of France next year from August on. 6 weeks ago I was very upbeat about next year, now... meh.

It's unfortunate, because I felt like all they had to do was sort out the injuries (S&C), get some fresh blood into the assistant coaches and work with Lyon on a succession plan. The fact we burned the crops and retreated in the face of the local media mafia just makes me sad.
