The reaction over the media persecution of Lindsay Thomas is independent of the result of the game.

It was pretty blood strong on here after the dogs game where we won and similar s**t happened regarding Lindsay. Infact we still have threads from that.

In 2 games Rhys Mathieson has received 6 head high frees (game 1) and from reading the Hawks vs Brisbane thread at least 3 (and possibly 4 as he had 4 frees for) making 10 high contact frees in 2 games.

That is:

12.33% - 13.69% of the frees Thomas has received in his entire career over 2 games.

But Nah. It's Thomas who should be singled out.

Almost very player of note has professed to seeking high free kicks if it will help their team, but they do not attract the attention of the commentators.
Good on North for standing up and pointing out the injustice Thomas receives weekly.
