I think Melbourne have made a terrific decision for there future much like Hawthorn did with Alastair Clarkson. Much like Clarko, Bailey appears as thoe his in full control & will let no one slip out of line & because of this players are copping suspensions for what may appear to be minor offences, remember when Clarkson first took over at the hawks & something very similar happenend a couple of players got suspended & there were quite afew early morning sessions & now you could argue hawthorn are one of the hardest working commited units in the AFL. Melbourne may not be great this year or next but i honestly believe Bailey is putting in the foundations of a tough disciplined footy club which i dont think has been the case under daniher or in Hawthorns case Schwab. So congratulations on his appointment & i think on what will prove to be decisive for the Melbourne footy club.
