Well said Mrs EB. It’s astonishing that so many middle aged men ignore their heart health. High blood pressure can cause heart attacks but it can cause And often causes strokes.

I'd like to say that heart attacks are not exclusively male health. Having lost a former colleague and a close family female friend to a heart attack and subsequent stroke please don't think that it can't happen to you.

Of course. But men in my experience tend to avoid the doc a lot more than women do.
