On TV and attending some of these grounds, they are definitely better and faster ground conditions.

When you have Lehmann at 5 and Nielsen at 6, the team is asking for trouble.

I dont know but I know SA are Shield and One Day domestic champs but , the One Day title maybe they are still thinking about it or in better teams having a bit of a 'hangover'.
