Dear Trolls,

Why would anyone want to curve something?

I think you may mean "curb"

You seem to get things mixed up a lot

Flether's a shoe in if they are looking for unaccountable defenders who can kick the ball directly to a contest

When was the last time he played on a decent forward?
Yep, curb. Slip of the mind. Seeing as you are so keen on pointing out mistakes you may have missed your erroneous spelling of Fletcher's name:thumbsu:

He played on Tippett on the weekend so 2 days is your answer.

How did Feather go on Tippett?

I'm guessing being in the AA squad he would have dominated a 3rd year forward.

Perhaps he should stick to being that loose defender who racks up possessions and avoids body contact at all costs

The complete opposite. They will be mentally stronger and handle such situations a lot better. Your club experienced heartache before becoming the great team they are today. St Kilda went through heartache last season and look how they have responded so far this season although I admit they haven't proven anything as yet until they at least get to the final game of the year.

Carlton of 1994 should have been there in the GF but they were bundled out with 2 straight losses to Melb and Geel. In 1995 they virtually coached themselves to premiership glory due to the heartache suffered the year before as well as losing the 93 GF. Their desire for success was so great that David Parkin had little influence as coach(by his own admission).

loved that so much but hope we have the leaders in our club to replicate the feat. Really struggling to find those leaders apart from Judd, Kuze, Murph and maybe Fev though....

Brisbane are a much easier opponent then Adelaide. It was only last week when they beat you by 10 goals. At the end of the day we made the finals which was our objective this year and gained valuable experience. The margins are irrelevant when you consider each sides personnel and opponent.
Brown and Bradshaw would have kicked 10 each v Ess as they would have had an endless supply of ball. We blew a 5 goal lead whereas Ess were lucky to kick 5 goals.
This year is a stepping stone for CFC. You were lucky this year and had some surprise results. It will not occur next year and you will battle Freo and Melb for the spoon.

Unlisted parrot?

Jumped ship?

Got a couple of Multiple accounts to burn have we????

ahahah to the flog who called me gutless - get a clue, the point of this thread because it doesn't get any more gutless than after all of the posters here (essendon, collingwood) LOST on the weekend and are trying to make it all better by hanging it on carlton. the richmond supporters are a joke so i don't even bother with their posts. but i love the audacity that supporters have, primarily essendon, to say that they've matched carlton this season by not even winning 50% on their games and making a final by default and getting well and truly disgraced against adelaide in a final but thats exactly the same as losing by 7 points in a brilliant game against a team that deserved it more.

this thread is posted in this forum because i have something that most other flogs who troll boards and that is pride. i'm not going to post w***er threads on your boards because you should already be ashamed enough.

it's just embarrassing.
go back to your holes until next year when we can start this all over again and back up some of these idiotic statements :thumbsu:

Well done Harker,
Brisbane deserved the congratulations they really lifted and i dont hate them for it. I really enjoy watching them play they're gonna be a really damaging team soon. w***er teams urging them on us are just ridiculous. We don't deserve that.

Oh yes wise one, life is a journey and an achievement in itself, what carlton achieved last night was amazing, losing a 30 point lead with 15 minutes to go is something we should all sit back and really admire.

CHOKE :)

One flag in 50 years, you'd know about choking. That's actually uncompetitive. For that reason I can't work out why are you're still in the competition.

The Pies are already 1/2 way through their 2009 straight-sets-exit choke. Some Pies supporters have already started compiling their "Official 2009 Excuse List". So, why are they in the competition? My theory - comic relief. :)

Having seen our club play in so many high quality matches this year (and winning plenty of them), Saturday night's game was a continuation of that trend. Seventh place is where we belonged this season, and most Carlton supporters would've accepted that position at the start of the year.

Next year, anything less than top four will be unacceptable when considering the natural improvement expected from our young players, and the reality that we don't have any 30+yo players to watch decline.

I guess that is a similar reason why you still continue to post on BigFooty then...

Of course the Fact is Malthouse was only one dubious free kick in the dying minutes away from losing his job. No one really cares because the Pies list is miles behind the rest of the competition anyway. You'll lose next week, and then the Collngwood faithful will spend the preseason making up excuses why they fell short yet again. Sound familiar? It's a football tradition and one I always enjoy :)
