With the assumption that a player can only have one DN:

Michaels and idc have one each. We lynch Sante' - 6 left, 2 villagers die and we lose.

We take out the alpha, evil should be down to one kill (or we just win if traitor gives up when wolves are all dead????). Lynch Sante after that.

If we only have 7 players now, lynching Sante loses the game. People who want to lynch Sante are wolves.

Yes there are 7 left. A player can have 2 Death Notes. Traitor doesn't give up if all wolves are dead.

Death note wouldn't be used - wolves would throw away the game if they killed a villager tomorrow night. Hitting a wolf is the only way to not guarantee losing.
