Gawn "We're gonna aim to win every single one of the next 5 games"
So what have we been doing the previous 5?
He obviously doesn't believe in miracles and knows the game plan is too putrid to achieve that sort of successWould have preferred if he had said " We are going to try and score more than 60 points once in our next 5 games"
Small steps please, tiny dancer.
It's a bit of column A, a bit of column B I think. The forwards lead to nowhere (if at all) half the time so don't give good options, but the mids also don't place the kicks with any thought so it's banged in to nothing rather than space to draw a lead or give our forward advantage. Over time it's broken down completely to the s**t we see now aside from the odd bullet from Hannan, Melk, Trac.I’d like see the coaches try a few things.
Play weideman and rest Gawn forward
Try Oliver/Viney forward - allow trac and harmes to be the kicking kids
Give Salem some midfield minutes
Gus seems to play his best with more time on ground
It’s to decide if the forwards are not good enough or it’s the mids horrible kicking. I think it’s the mids predominantly poor kicking not giving our forwards to best chance

My exact thoughts before the game (except I have to watch and usually go). But it certainly has a 2012/13 vibe about it as in I just can't get excited to watch this team anymore. The problem is we should be able to be 50/50 with the middle of the road teams but I just expect a loss and when we play a bottom team it's a struggle. I can't even remember the last time I felt relaxed in a game every win in the last year and a half has been tough viewing. We have to be the most inefficient scoring team in the last few years even in 2018 we had some terribly inefficient scoring games. Something is seriously broken at the club.Actually made the decision to not watch this match, first time in a long time that I actually just didn't care, it's not to say I don't care about the club, I wouldn't be on a forum sounding like a nuffie if I didn't, but our performances the past 18 months and the general state of the club has just resulted in a sense of apathy towards this group of players and coaches. I live across the road from the MCG and if I could actually attend the game today, I'd still choose to do something else with my Sunday, and I haven't felt that way since the really dark years (07-14).
So, yeah, nice one Goodwin and co (and the players) for creating that feeling again in a supporter.
Surely he didn’t say that..Gawn "We're gonna aim to win every single one of the next 5 games"

You'll be back next week, just like the rest of us suckers.Same sh*t different week. I'm out. Not watching this sh*t any longer. I'll be back next year like the sucker I am tho.

Trac would be a travesty. With how selfish Oliver is, at the moment I'd happily take a first rounder for him.At least we won’t have to worry about Trac and Oliver next year except when we play whatever team they’re playing for.
I have a bad memory. Well done though, I wish I could go Melbourne cold turkey.Did you miss the part last year when I didn't watch any of our games from round 12 onwards after saying I was out?
Sorry to intrude but most at Richmond see Balta as a Rance clone. He will be a star in 1-2 years. He won’t be the first to be baptised my NoahGood to see Tmac given a bath by Noah Balta
