Finally someone with common sense.

Some of those on here expect to win every game by 5 goals!

We have been competitive in all games and still in all of them going into the last quarter.

We should win tonight comfortably given Melb leak goals however nothing can be taken for granted.

The problem is, game plan or not, we don't have an age profile which sees "competitive" being a good thing. We have an age profile that is win now, or start over. A young side can afford competitive losses because of the promise of a brighter tomorrow, there is no tomorrow for an old squad.

Us failing at that hurdle is not and cannot be seen as a good thing. Especially not to an upstart like Brisbane.

Today on triple n the Melbourne crew said our list is in such a bad way, the inclusion of jerker and squib, is a sign our club is desperate.

It's funny cause jerker earnt his spot back two weeks ago but was not selected as a result of personal issues plaguing pykes thinking. The only reason squib plays is injury and we paid to much for him.

Our reserves are flying, desperate clubs reserves always struggle, are not a cohesive unit like our reserves are.

I expect us to win tonight, win well.

I'm rather ambivalent about this one. Our ball movement is puss, and Hartigan is one of the biggest offenders seeing he's a shocking kick. Mackay would technically help with that, but most likely won't because Mackay will inevitably resort to the barely an AFL standard winger that he's been for his entire career.
