Define GUN

Franklin = gun

Remember Gilbert McAdam, he started on fire, definite glimpses = gun

seems a little bit easy to become a gun!

Well obviously i dont watch all the Hawks games, so fair enough maybe i missed it. I do recall Ryan Hargrave playing on Mark Williams in 05, not Brian Harris (who i regard as our best defender)

Brian Harris was actually on him, he was moved off him once Williams started to dominate.

Define gun and who is a gun at your team?

Everitt, Croad, Crawford, Hodge and Micthell (on what he has shown and consistently backed up over the past 3 years puts him in the gun category. weather the new rules affect him or not is unknown, so therefore right at this moment he is a gun.)

I believe the top ranking for a player is Champion..a proven gun for a number of years. There are a number of Guns going round..the type of player who can blow a game apart...but not many true champions.
Champions = Cousins, Riewoldt, Judd, S.Black, B.Johnson, N.Brown, J.Brown, J.Akermanis, Goodwynn, Riccuto, Pavlich, Treadrea, Hall

Guns- L.Hodge, N. Dal Santo, Kosi, Cooney, R.Murphey

Legends (done it but in their twilight) Buckley, Harvey, Voss, N.Lappin

Good post mate, however one J. Brown i think isn't consistent enough to be a champion yet, and i know i will be criticised for this. Brown has not been consistent enough and really doesnt suit your own criteria of being a proven gun for a number of years

Also ad C.Grant to that list of legends.

And am I the only one to notice that the only thing richmond supporter ever seem to think about it deledio winning the rising star? they really need to make the finals or something, really need something else to hang their hats on. team sucess is better than a close to meaningless individual performance.
