Deledio vs Thomas

I have been in many arguments with people who would you prefer to have in your team.

Deledio was very bottom age, Thomas top age, deledio is only 2 months older, and went at number 1 as one of the youngest players, he then went on to play in all 22 games plus international rules all in his first year as well as the rising star award, has a great size and is still incredibly fast, can dominate in the midfield and can play KP foward.
Dale Thomas although he no doubt has talent is a flashy HFF that can do some incredible things, but still wont be able to influence games as much as Deledio.
I think most sane people who dont barrack for Collingwood would pick Deledio, and Collingwood would probably swap Thomas for Deledio if offered

im just going by the fact that he got BOG in the grand final. Deledio is more of a midfielder, Thomas more of a HFF that could develop into a midfielder

I would say he is more of an inside player than outside. And no it is not possible to be an inside midfielder when you are playing on the HFF. He would show it if he played in the centre.

Collingwood would have taken Deledio and Murphy if they had the option so I hope you haven't passed on your genes to future generations.
