Everyone loves masterdebating on the internet. It what it's made for.

Why is this thread not closed anyhow? The period is over.

Here's a fun question, Who will play for wce first - Cripps, Morton or Hutchings?

My arbitrary guesswork has speculatively determined the following:
Morton round 8
Cripps round 14
Hutchings round 17

Cripps is the most likely due to his pace. Would be surprised if Morton, or in fact anyone of Cripps, Morton and Hutchings got a game next year with the best 25 in good health.

Cripps or Morton. I don't know without seeing some sort of exposed form/training habits or whatever.

I can't imagine Hutchings would play for us too much, if at all.

Apparently there's a bunch of kids at GWS who are refusing contract extensions past this year. We would be a chance to snap up Coniglio is he is one of them!

Coniglio is contracted until the end of 2015.

And it seems like Cripps is under rated on this board. :thumbsu:
Again with this Koby Stevens mentality. Yeh he might be good but i doubt people are really underrating him. He isnt in our best 22 at the moment but with some good work and effort he can push and be a valuable contributor for the years ahead. I think thats what most people believe. Not every 'talented' 20-21 year old player can demand a walk up start when playing against guys who have been in the system for 5-10 years unless they want to play at a 'developing' club. Good luck to Koby Stevens at the shithole he entered.

So with the best team being as below how can Cripps or Morton break into it let alone Hill or Dick ?

Hurn - Schofield - Waters
Gaff - Priddis - Brennan
Darling - Kennedy - Wellingham
LeCras - Cox - Nicosky

R-Naitanui
F-Kerr
F- Shuey

Injuries? Poor form of those 'best' players you mention vs. pre-season form and WAFL form that can't be ignored?

Nicoski, Hill and Dick will be fighting for a spot at least.

At least you've got Masten in there.

WC recruited outside pace in Wellingham, Cripps and Morton.
This was done with a purpose.
Don't
Be surprised if all three get a run this year
I would be shocked if all three didn't.

Wellingham will play every game.

Morton will play...um...I want to say 8 to 10.

Cripps will play a handfull, maybe 4.

Thems my predictions.

I have to agree with this.

Although I don't know a lot about Hutchings, I can certainly say Cripps is a long way ahead of Morton ATM.

After we picked him up I watched a few games Cripps played in and you could just tell he was ready for AFL. If he was at a lesser team you would pencil him in for a best 22 spot but we've got a pretty nice side for 2013. I think he'll be one of the first players coming in to cover injury.

Morton would be behind both Cripps and Sheppard in the pecking order.

IMO he will see very little AFL this year. Giving Sheppard every opportunity should and will be a priority.
