The more I read of this, the more I think of the Crazy/Hot scale from How I met your mother
View attachment 22024
We shall call it the Talent/Personality scale:
If a players talent outweighs potential personality flaws, then it may make sense to draft them, as opposed to an individual with a better personality, yet noticeably less talent. With that said, I'm personally hoping we manage to snare Sheed with our 1st pick and Gartlett slides to our second rounder/Pick we get for Brown/ Whatever.
That scale is so true in my experience haha :)

On a side note, was sitting near the Bombers cheer squad last night and a few of them were yelling out

"Why don't you rape another girl Darling!"

Now I know most of them are probably not used to getting a bj without paying for it, but there is such a thing called consensual sex.
You should have turned around and asked them to stop pimping their sisters that way, it isn't dignified !:p

The demand for Boyd could prove very interesting given there will be other clubs in the bidding. I cant see Carlton offering as much as you have suggested, and deals that involve contracted players have a propensity to turn horribly wrong.
Is Boyd that much better than the other prospects?

Unfortunately a bit early on in his career to be looking elsewhere, I'd think.
Yeah, but he'd be on my list for 2014.

I thought Harry Marsh was a forward?
Johnathan Marsh is the forward, or at least he's playing as one. Both share similar physical attributes with Jonathan being a little taller. I've seen enough of Harry on ball to know he's capable in the position.

I'd take Garlett with our first pick.
I'd be very tempted should Sheed go earlier than our first pick. There's a chance Garlett could slide though, giving us a chance at a good prospect with the first pick and then Garlett with the second. I guess it's risky, but people must remember he did have the slide of all slides just last year.

So GWS have said Pick 1 is on the table.

"Sheeds and Leon Cameron have been talking with (list manager) Stephen Silvagni and publicly about the need for a ruckman, the need for another key defender and a need for a key forward, so they're the sorts of needs that the guys are trying to meet over the next six months or so."
If you go by the above quote I wonder if Lycett and Brown could work.
