Really why?

Why do you want someone at your club who gives up as soon as things go badly?
He gave up football after not being picked - pathetic attitude.

Do you want someone who misses training/recovery session to get on the drink?
Do you want someone who says they are desperate to be picked up and then go out on a bender instead.
He can say what he wants in interviews, but the fact he's not even being mentioned as a top pick in a weak draft still suggests he's a lost cause.

Would infect the club and just cause more headaches, with the potential to take down others around him.

He's obviously turned his life around after last year. Might as well show a slight amount of respect towards the young fella.

The compensation from free agency losses shouldn't be enough to entice clubs to let their veteran players go. Sadly, that seems to have happened with St.Kilda and Dal Santo.

In effect, the Saints are gearing up for a few years of tanking, with all the trappings that entails, while the AFL are looking to give them a 2nd rounder as a reward.

I know it wont but I hope it stings Saints fans to see Dal Santo wearing another clubs colours.

Do they have a run down of guests on the show?

Tom Petroro @ 2pm
Ameet Bains @ 2.40pm
Simon Black @ 2.50pm
David Noble @ 3pm
J-Pod @ 3.10pm
Josh Mahoney @ 3.20pm
Nick Gieschen @ 3.30pm
Cam Joyce @ 4pm
Michael Voss @ 4.10pm

Leigh Matthews is on at the moment. The way he describes Simon Black makes me think of Dom Sheed. :p

Hypothetical: Could Collingwood use pick 6 and pick 10 plus Swan for pick No. 1. Getting Boyd to replace Swan who is on free agency list next year.

I'm listening to it through the AFL app on my iPhone, depending on whether you have a smartphone or not.
Yeah finally got around to downloading the app, and the stream's working perfectly. Cheers:thumbsu:

GWS are about 2 years away from finals. Trading in Swan really doesn't help them.

Doesn't make him a 'parasite' if all the above is currently true.

None of that justfies calling him a parasite.

I've been more of a critic of his than most but get some ******* perspective. This is a game and he's a young kid. He might not be suited to the professionalism, big deal. Everything moves on.

Yeah he's just a kid and he likes to have a good time from what i can tell. If that stops him having an AFL career well then thats a bit sad but sometimes thats life. If he's tried to clean up his act in order to get drafted and it doesnt work out then he either keeps trying or gives up and just enjoys himself. Its up to him what he does with his life.
