What's wrong with Menzel? Talent wise he seems to be AFL standard and appears to be over his injuries. But delisted by 2 clubs now and doesn't seem like anyone is interested in him.

Cant change direction because of his knees so all he is is a leading old school FF. Is slow. Has the worst defensive pressure of any forward in the league. So if hes not fed the ball on a platter then hes useless.

These would be some of the bare minimum actions required for managing a professional football club. They get no credit for (maybe) being competent.

Buzza is 23 and 198cm. I don't see how he will fair any better at Ports under Hinkley than the other two.

thats not what happened. He got sick of not playing. Was told he would be behind marshall and dixon (and the resting ruckman) next year and crows offered him a longer deal with more opportunities.

Frampton gone is completely Kens and the selection groups doing. He should have played an extra 20 games for us by now.

Im happy with buzza considering the circumstances. Needed to replace frampton and buzza will expect to play SANFL for most of the year and not complain about it.

Hopefully he plays well and when marhsall has a form slump like he tends to do or dixon gets injured like he tends to do, he will actually get a shot.

Put the spare 5% into the reduction effort.

Maybe we'll look at one with #12 or #18...if one of Jonas or Clurey go down, the others are really more tall flankers than anything else.

Montgomery better have a blinder of a pre-season coaching "front-shoulder defending" and hope neither of Clurey or Jonas go down for an extended period.

I think most people here seemed to have missed what was reported. This is Sam Gray walking out on us, not us getting rid of him.

All the games he played this year are irrelevant because he was still the best performing option for his role in 2019 and we still wanted to keep him as depth on our list. Having said that he's not a massive loss and hopefully some of our other small forwards can step up next year.

We don't have any young KPD's to develop except Riley Grundy who's barely SANFL standard.

If the plan is to draft McAsey though then yeah, let that one go through to the keeper.

Hinkley has the attention span of a goldfish. He can't stick with a game plan for more than one season, so players such as talls that require multiple years to develop stand no chance.
