Dale Thomas on Malthouse- "Probably the biggest one was the media in the end, with how there's never been (so much) scrutiny on an individual, I don't believe, to almost calling for some form of blood to be spilled in the sense they wanted him gone," Thomas said.

Poor Daisy whats he gonna do now? There are already rumours he isnt liked at the club or more accurately that other players aren't happy with his salary. Might follow Mick to Richmond, they love Carlton rejects.

...if he can truly be over his injury problems.

I'd be very wary. His form has nosedived almost off the scale since the days of 2010-11.

How many good games has he played at Carlton?
Definitely a case of buyer beware with Thomas these days. Let him prove over the remainder of this season that his body is sound, then consider him if it is.

I have no idea what his contract status is but I assumed he was coming out of contract. If that's not the case and he has 2016 to go then he has time to resurrect his career at Carlton and repay the faith. I don't think he's currently in a position to shop himself whilst in contract, you need to be at the peak of your powers to do that.

Yeah, I suppose the question is, how much will Mick being booted affect how happy he is to be at Carlton?

We went out and got Goddard, and more than a few said we overpaid.

Is now probably the most successful free agency acquisition we've seen thus far.

Daisy is probably the biggest failure.

Would have to come dirt, DIRT cheap, and even then I'd think twice.

Pass. Has been Carlton'd.

You try playing as a half forward for Carlton and see how you go.

Not fussed in the slightest. In fact much like Cornes last week, I'm glad he's playing, as he's not a best 22 player (not even close).
Fletcher is comfortably better than all their key defenders bar Rance and would be sitting top 10 in our B&F atm
