Pick one winner per week - Knocked out if your tip loses - Last player standing wins.

Up on the main board a site-wide knockout comp has been announced.

No official prizes are settled but we will give something if you are the last man standing.

This is how the survivor comp goes - its a knockout. We're going 2 strikes and you are out.

Each participant picks ONE team that they think is going to win their match for the week. If they get it right, they move onto the next week. If they get it WRONG, they receive a STRIKE.​

You are eliminated when you receive 2 strikes: This is a double-elimination comp.​

​

You can only choose a team ONCE.... eg, if you pick the Crows in week 1, you can not pick the Crows again during the entire season.​

Don't worry about it. We're all probably rusty. Yesterday for instance, I snoozed at the crucial moment when I was supposed to switch from GC to WC. Probably from waking up early to watch the Bolts vs Blackhawks.

Anyway, I didn't think anyone was expecting the Cats and the Lions to prolapse like they did on Saturday.

just had a look, apparently I didn't select a team for the dogs game and the saints game even though i'm pretty sure i did. Away teams would be nice. Put me on 7.

Oh, so apparently I didn't submit my tips for Round 2. I was so sure I did - I distinctly recall doing the margin for the first game.

But oh well - two away teams is better than no away teams!

I reckon there could be a glitch.

I did the same for round 1 and strictly remember entering a margin but it didn't register my tips either

It has registered my tips each time, but I forgot the margin and it warned me so I added it in and saved a second time. Blind guess is that you did similar but didn't press save after going back and adding in margin?

We are going through the tips soon anyway to see which players didn't get away teams for blank tips.

Something that has been clarified to us by the developer:

If you haven't entered ANY tips at the time the reminder goes out, you will be given away teams.

If you enter a few tips, but leave some blank, the system marks you as having entered tips and will NOT fill in the remainder of your tips with away teams.

I didn't get in in time for Thurs night, but didn't get the away team.

I also didn't sign up until after R1, so i've just started scoring from Rd2, but that might be normal?
