Just wondering if anyone has been watching this guy in his VFL games? I saw him against Tassie, where he took a dive>got a free kick 15m directly in front> and missed...

so my knowledge of his talent is a bit soured.

Allthough I did see him in the NAB cup where he looked reasonably good.

My question.. is when will he debut? i know hard question, he may struggle breaking into the midfield, but he is quick and apparantly strong overhead, could be a useful runner off HF?

I would hope it's not too far away. I watched last weeks game too and seemed to be a bit quiet, should've kicked that goal. Has shown a bit and I for one would love to see him as an inclusion next week against the Eagles but he'll need to have a good game this week.

It's all good though, having pressure from players to break into the side just means that everyone is vulnerable and needs to be 110% at all times. It looks like Ratts is giving the younger brigade a go and more importantly giving them time to adjust, prove themselves and gain confidence.

At junior level you see these guys playing with so much confidence combined with hardness and flair. It's just a matter of taking them to the next level...

Army will get his chance and the beauty is he is ready made size wise but in terms of learning the craft will only get better. I reckon he could be our next Fraser Brown (in terms of hardness....);)
