IN Coles the other day an old man was sitting inside with his gorgeous Springer/cocker spaniel. Immediately I'm like fawning all over it. Was the highlight of my day tooA random Labrador just bit me (they don't bite their teeth aren't sharp they are retrieval dogs) and I patted her.

This is all good advice. I'm usually a fairly social person and need that. It's winter over here so stuck inside a bit more than normal and I find my mind can get caught in a loop. I find just getting into things that I can control helps. Clean the house, take kids to sport, work, gym and just overall routine. It calms my mind down. Dogs help too! I've got two say taking them for a little walk or to the dog park clears the cobwebs.Sticking to routines and reminders that what's in my head isn't necessary what's actually going on irl. And going out to pat some dogs this arvo.

There are literally places you can go that can cure depression just like that. No shit.

maybe not even move. sometimes a holiday overseas can do wonders. make u see things differently.

Same but I had 2 choices.Have planned several trips - small, medium and huge - that would be some way off if they happen, but has def helped. Still need to lock something in for the shortterm to look forward to.
