I wouldn't be having a crack at anything to do with our club on the main board until after we start winning some games in 2008. Any thread started about Carlton is going to see the usual suspects using such words as sh**, crap, duds, hacks, tankers etc to describe our club & ultimately the thread ends in a slanging match. Best to stay within the safe confines of our board if you want to tackle a topic like this.

What's right with Hartlett?

He's done nothing to deserve a spot in our best 28 and couldn't run out of sight on dark night with his lack of endurance.

It would take a huge turnaround in form and injury if he hopes to survive this year's cull.

Alright swap Hartlett with Hampson and no skin off my nose. I'm not Hartlett's biggest fan by any stretch of the imagination. I remember when everyone was blowing their load about Hartlett after a practice game against Port a couple of years ago where we got absolutely smashed. Hartlett played in defense, and we lost by 150+ points yet many supporters were carrying on as if was proof that Hartlett was going to be a gun when he was nothing of the sort. He was appalling like everyone else that played in defense that day. Even halfway through this year people were still quoting that game as if it meant something.

Would like to drop ackland, but depends if Hampson or Kreuzer are physically ready to take over the reigns. HF line is tough to pick when waite is playing down back, it will be interesting to see what ratts does with that.

There are a few unlucky to make the team but there only fringe players so i wouldn't say we have great depth yet...

Pushing selection will be Jamison, Blackwell, Hadley, Grigg, Jackson, Wiggins, Hampson.
