Hopefully the club now realise they need to agressively pursue a key forward.

The Dayne beams recruitment was an absolute joke and really fked us over this season. I’ll never know why we recruited that miserable broken down man when he was the least of our needs, we are a football club not a rehab clinic.

I know it is bad to complain about umpiring after a loss, it was terrible. Don't anyone tell me about the free kick count either. It's all the s**t they let GWS get away with, the constant shoves in the back, etc. So inconsistent.

On a positive note our backline held up really well. Moore and Maynard produced career best games, Howe also very good.

I don't believe we'll be falling off a cliff next year, plenty to be positive about. Geez it'd be nice to have a better run with injuries in 2020 though, for once. Really encouraged by the form of Moore in the last 2 games.

We've got a fantastic defensive group and when fit a dangerous forward line. We certainly have the talent in the midfield, but some serious work needs to be done if we're to beat the very best when it counts.

Noble(Negative player rating to go with his donut last week, probably the worst finals series statistically of all time), Sidebottom(I'd hope that he had the flu because that was one of his worst, for a big game specialist he's adding up a few bad ones), Adams(12 clangers, yeah), WHE(zero impact), Mihocek(Normally Mr Consistent, Mr Non Existent today), Brown(Tried hard but did nothing significant), Phillips(a few cheap sideways kicks that's all) and Pendles(not the worst but well held).

Or the 50m penalty that wasn’t paid in the third quarter when the giants player run into and clearly restricted our player who was on the forward edge of the centre square.

A lot of fumbled/dropped marks were paid the giants way, but not ours, plus our forwards were constantly held.

Never mind that all goals are reviewed prior to play restarting.
