Lagging left right and center so did an internet connection speed test on the ps4. The results?

450 odd download and 400 odd upload. Oh and that's KB not MB.. My 4G hotspot gives me around 4mb download and 1 making my 4G about 8 times faster than my ADSL.

**** Telstra and their "congested line" that is unbearable from about 5pm on week nights and basically all weekend. Its not like I live in the middle of no where ffs.

Well fellow guardians. I've been playing this since launch and it think it's finally time I commit. I have taken the time to do some research and I have finally decided to take the plunge. You are now looking at the newest representative of the New Monarchy.

You not living in the middle of nowhere is probably the reason for your congestion.

Cable or ADSL?

I'll buy my titan badge tomorrow. NM has some bad ass looking armour and weapons but also has bonuses towards super and melee. Good to be on board!

The assault rifle is the one I'm after, already rank 1 and half way through that to rank 2, really want to upgrade my blue weapon.

ADSL. Been like this for a while now but it's getting worse. Might just rent my house out and move somewhere with better internet haha

Sounds like me. ****ing bullshit when both TPG and Telstra both tell me the line isn't congested. Then why is it fine during the day but not at night you campaigners!

Haha I know the feeling, I had major issues with Optus, none since moving to Telstra thank god.

You probably have a line issue or a modem issue if you're on ADSL as congestion would be a non factor for you on ADSL.

They used to say the same to us but obviously too many people kept on complaining. When we rang up to complain a couple of months ago they said they were offering everyone extra gb on their monthly mobile plan to compensate until it's fixed. Better than nothing but when we are paying a fair bit for one of their higher plans and can't use our home internet properly, we get over it pretty quickly.

AFAIK on this whole internet stuff is that if you are on cable you will notice congestion issues because we all share the same line that leads to one major box or something.

If you are on ADSL you will have no such issue as it uses your phone line and you are the sole person on that line.
