I've started a little Destiny page on Pinterest of things I've found helpful/interesting - it's at http://www.pinterest.com/sharmanism/destiny/

I'll put it in my sig - if anyone finds any decent links on Destiny stuff please give me a holler and I'll add the links to Pinterest.
 
A lot of people complaining they die after killing someone in the Crucible. I hope these people realise people like me are using Warlocks that have Sunsinger on that gradually damages after a melee. Or a grenade. Or a special. I'm sure the other classes have somthing similar. The amount of times I've been killed and gotten a PostMortem is hilarious, all because I manage a melee hit before death.

Anyway, heck this game, I'm done with it. Good finally catching up with a bunch of you guys, will have to do it again but on a different game.
 
btw Destiny forums mentioned the Loot cave was patched 20 mins ago :(

Now i don't get to try it :(

Farm the Vex and Fallen battle on Venus then. Venus is ok for farming actaully. I did 2 hours the other day and got 2 legendary engrams, about 6 blue, and a bunch of green gear.
 
I cave farm around archers line which is the first area on the moon and also a part near the start on Mars in meridian bay with some legionnaires, vex including a minotaur and some caves and huts. Initially started this to get helium and iron for my gear but ended up chest and engram farming. Cryptarch almost level 8.

And now I am well and truly hooked. I can't stop thinking about it. I just want to go home and ignore the wife and kids and play it.

I am so tired today from last night. I can't believe we didn't kill that piece of shit in the end. I couldn't get any special or heavy ammo, it was ****ing me off. I might need to load up on some of those auto ammo refill kits

I just want to farm for the small chance of getting a blue or purple shiny thing.

It wasn't so much him it was all the ****ing eyes and stealth vandals that kept coming in waves - but yes he was one tough mother.

I am hoping my bladedancer skill tree doesn't take too long to upgrade. Invisibility and blinking would be so handy when you're last guardian standing

It's taking a while - I switched as soon as I hit L15, still got a bit to go to get blink. I have blink strike (turn invisible after a melee strike) but the is a cool down takes a while. Might have to change my load out for strike missions to include Stalker (crouch and turn invisible) until I get the Double Jump blink.

Weekly strike solo was an intense hour but got a legendary and a couple of blues plus finished my exotic bounty.

I don't seem to have the same issues in the crucible as some of you, I'm only ok but a high impact slow assult rifle sees me finish top 2 overall a lot. Just practice head shots.

Farming on Venus has worked great but the loot cave looked awesome. Too bad I missed it.
 
Farmed on earth. The one on the youtube vid. Worked well. 30mins got about 5 blue 2 legendary and countless greens. Leveled me up on the crypto arch thing and got another 2 legendaries. Out of the 4 legendary engrams I got only one was purple. My very first legendary thing! A level 20 vanguard scout rifle. Happy with that!
