I daresay they wanted to be conservative with the ending given the last couple of flops, I reckon it was fair enough.

Great season on the whole, saved the series.

I wonder if that Claudette's story more than Dexters now. She has his name so I can see them showing her going after him. Dexter took the other files he wanted and left that one behind. Also people online have noted the files were marked active or inactive where as his was labelled "farm". Not sure what that means.

I wonder if she will end up working with Dexter to take him down if she cant do it legally. People are suggesting Dexter will end up with a job at the NYPD.

People have also speculated her sister was murdered by the ripper and that call was made to her. If thats true I can see her wanting him dead and allowing dexter to do it and others even if she is very by the book now.

It was a great season, really enjoyed it. Well written, extremely well acted.

Dinklage played the role of a nutjob so incredibly well.

Detective Oliva dancing with her like a giant goof made him one of my favs this season. I hope we see more of him next season.

Agree with most, solid season that peaked in ep 9. Thought the final ep was a little flat but good enough.

Can see him working at the NYPD now there is no one left who wants to out him. See the ripper as an ongoing antagonist in season 2 for both Dexter and stayin alive detective with the idea of sending this into a 3rd season.

Loved this season, easily the best since the early seasons. Was very cool to see Batista in a main role again and the cameos from OG cast members as well.
