I actually think the retail sector is copping some unfair shit at the moment, but this bloke does himself and his industry no favours. Absolute muppet... he actually feels the need to regularly come out in the media and basically insult the very people who are his customers.


He must have had some pretty switched on people working for him over the years, that’s all I can deduce.
