Again interesting banter. The DValley have a few problems at the moment and it will be interesting to see how they handle Nth v Diamo incident.I have an idea.Lets get a bloke from Nth Heid on the investigation committee to investigate Nth Heid and give the player a reprimand as they have done on three seperate occasions so far.The DV circus is just getting better and better and Floyd the ringleader goes round and tries to cover **** up instead of fixing it.The valley is slowly sinking and sick of reading or hearing the same s*** about the same clubs and incidents that riddle this league.Stop jacking off in cyber space everyone and make some realistic solutions to fix the once premier league.

First of all I am not on this forum to makes friends or enemys, so if I upset someone with what I have to say then BOO F U C K I N G HOO... I tell the truth about facts of which I am directly involved in, or very well informed from my various reliable sources around the Valley.

The incident to which you are referring was in fact started by Eltham player #60 who not only whacked the Lalor bloke in the guts not once but twice 100 METRES OFF THE BALL, he also SPAT on him when he retaliated. Funnily enough our bloke and the club chose to keep this to themselves, as we just dont lag. So truth be told, the bloke copped his right whack, plain and simple. It is not the first time (and I doubt it will be the last) that Eltham have called upon their mates in the upper echelons at the DV to initiate a tribunal hearing. They just forget to explain their part in the situation... funny that.

Call me old fashioned, call me stupid, whatever... In no circumstances do you ever tell tales, especially if you have copped your right whack. Cop it on the chin and square up another time... I guess thats just the way I was bought up, but if being a lagger is the right thing to do, then id much rather be wrong.

I dont want to get into a name calling dispute with you, but I do take on board that you think some of my mates and my club is a disgrace... But id rather that with the history we have as team-mates and as a club, than to be known around the Valley as the deplorable, weak as p i s s unit that you obviously are. Think about, and know what you are talking about before you start slinging s h i t.
Well You challenged me GYTM, You Are old fashioned, and dare I say it, You are very STUPID. !!!!

You may say things how you see them, and that is fair enuff, but for F...sake take your Lalor cloured glasses off for a moment and look at it from the real world.

I know the bloke you referred to #60 from Eltham very well, and he simply would not do that sort of thing. He would throw himself backwards into a pack to take a mark, he would put his body on the line to help a teammate, he might niggle or even harrass an opponent, but he would never ever spit on someone. That accusation my freind, is ****e made up to try and defend the undefendable - Unprovoked belting of a Bloke 120meters from the play.

Wake up to yourself, Violence is not the way to settle things. Beating someone on scoreboard is acceptable, and so too is being able to walk away and proudly hold your head high (even in defeat) is a much better way to do it. I doubt that the Lalor bloke involved in this incident could ever do that!

I think judging a man by his bravery, integrity, honesty and commitment to his team mates speaks volumes, but being a weak C... who belts blokes is deplorable.

Footy is for the tough minded, not those that think they are tough because that belt people from behind.:)

Can the bears 19's go all the way after thier big win. How many players do they lose to the ones each week, could be a Boro vs Bears GF? All goes well for the future should that happen.
Luvachat,

Dont know whether they can go all the way but certainly a realistice chance to meet Boro in the GF. Maybe all 3 games will be Boro v Bears!

3 or 4 each week play Seniors with probably up to 10 having played at one stage this year. Probably a similar story at most clubs.

At full strength and playing their best footy they are certainly a chance but Boro will be hard to stop in all grades.

Greensy will go all the way undefeated to become champion team - premiers in 19s. Lower and Bridge got no hope of stopping the green machine. Watch us fly by into Divi 1 in 2007.

Man-O-MAn last night was probably the best function ever.
Mitch,

Best function I have been involved with at the club. Must have been almost 200 people at one stageand all well behaved.
Huge night over the Bar with "Jaegar Bombs" and "Pulse" being huge hits.

Dont know about the Judges. How a bloke from Nth Heidelberg won over some of the local talent including Hacksaw, Downers and yourself I don't know.

Speaking of talent, the eye candy on the night had to be seen to be believed.

Who from Lower 19's has played seniors?

I doubt they'd match Greensborough's u/19 players playing seniors. Imagine Atkins and Fairchild playing with the 19's.

Barden, Canty, Leropoulos, Geary, Tenace, Flannery, Equid,Thompson, Waters

A very handy group of players who will all play many senior games. A number of others currently playing 19's are also very close to senior selection.

Certainly was a sensational night! There is a really good feeling around the club at the moment, and nights like that help to create a great bond with everyone!
I was quite surprised with the end result also. Don't mean to be biased, but I thought Andy seemed to get the crowd involved the most, and got a great response from the audience. But everyone did a good job and the many girls in attendance seemed to enjoy themselves. Hanging out for next years already!!!

How do you boys at lower manage to get so much people to your functions? We at Wallan are lucky to get 40 people and we are lucky if we 10 ladies to them. No matter how hard we try or what we do we can never pack the joint.

Last time i checked we were part of the Diamond Valley, so we've as much right to get on here and talk about our club as anyone else. People from Eltham, Montmorency, Lalor, Diamond Creek, Heidelberg, etc, etc also get on here and have something to say about their club.
By the way, just read back through your previous posts. Don't know what your problem is with life, but all you have to say is negative things or are bagging other people/clubs. Why don't you get on here and say something positive for a change or contribute something constructive????

Totally agree Sparksy, probably the greatest non finals win Eltham has ever had?

a few weeks back you questioned maylins results, got any updated thoughts.im hoping he sticks around for a few years yet.playing so many young kids has lead to the team being inconsistant, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I still think Maylin will be unhappy with his record as mentioned last time, but the kids coming through look to be pretty good so he may stay for another year??? We'll have to wait and see won't we??

I agree with you iceman but with the few functions we have had this year we havent had quantity but we have had quality.
The 80's night was a gem and the mid year ball was top notch. The up and coming cocktail night should be a ripper.
Iceman where were you last Saturday night the local was packed and no Iceman to be seen. Boys like myself who travel from melbourne to play up at Wallan dont get too many chances to have a night out on your home turf.
