That mercenary coward Andrew Raines looking so shattered when walking off? Like Father like Son, enjoy the years of mediocrity Andrew.

what i enjoyed more was seeing him in a brisbane jumper during the game!
he turned it over looked as shakey as ever and was a negative for his team
i dont wish him any bad luck but im stoked his gone
exactly the type of selfish arrogant footballer we dont want at our club

Yes, I did enjoy watching Raines struggle only because last year he and his manager whined about Richmond. And cried that he was 'rotting in the reserves' and both believed that he should be in the senoirs.

Damn i wish i saw that it woulda been a pisser :thumbsu:

I'm delighted we got rid of him. For a long time i haven't really rated Raines and i had copped a fair bit of shit about it (mainly not BF people though). Even when everyone thought he played well and was our shining light in our round 1 flogging last season he still butchered the ball as he always does and he got a huge amount of clangers and goals from turnovers.
He simply isn't a good player for the modern game.

last night was comical for him. he ran himself into the ground trying to prove a point to us yet he was still ineffective the majority of the match. he shit his pants a few times i noticed, had no idea what to do once he had a bit of pressure on him

He's obviously not a coward, and considering we traded him he's not a mercenary either...
The coward and mercenary calls were more because of him having the attitude of wanting to get out as soon as things were getting tough. Also we may have traded him, but it's not like he wanted to stay.
