Oh, I absolutely agree. If the club made the decision that Ken wasn't their guy then it was absolutely stupid to keep him on for the year.Maybe not.
But what we do absolutely know before the season started was that Ken wasn’t the future direction or going to achieve success in 2025. So the call should have been made early rather than a wasted year in limbo.
If they thought Carr needed to be under Ken for another year, then Carr isn't the right choice.
Move him on and get the new coach in 12 months earlier.
