Huge culture of mediocrity at richmond. Near enough is good enough. Bunch of hacks not really playing for anything but their paychecks. They're all overpaid, they should be given pay cuts asap. Watch all the hacks try harder when pay is determined on results. I know its unporactical buit bloody hell it would work with those useless **** we call richmond players.

I honestly think that all of the recycled players (bar maric) honestly dont give two ****s about the club and are just there for the juicy paychecks. But who could blame them? Such a cancerous culture we have.
Most of the retreads we have were playing for their careers when they arrived. Which meant they were on the knife edge of being spat out into the real world where they would have to earn an honest living
David king said these types generally put in a big year at their new club and with crafty managers can generally milk a few more years in the system
Unfortunately we paid for long contracts at the start with Hampson and Chaplin which has back fired and showing up our poor management in this dept
Morris Houli Grigg petterd are the well paid survivors of D.King system

Bullshit coaching....why did Jack start at CHB for the opening bounce? to confuse them?

yeah it worked against GWS and Dimma thought he had found the missing link against the doyen of coaches who coaches the bench mark of the AFL , GWS. So when it came to the big time match, he starts JR at CHB, the ball is whisked into our FL, we have no one there and within 1 minute its game over because the 89 yold runs down the ground and slots it...while Dimma is shufffling magnets on his ****ing board

All these threads have exactly the same content, just with a different thread title. Its like groundhog day and its garbage.

We should just have one thread called "Lets whack Richmond" and put it all there instead of starting countless threads with repetitive content.

Sounds great, can you start one?

No chance. I may at times be critical about a players performance but I don't bag my club.

I want a "Lets whack Richmond" thread so I have a place to avoid.

Bomber Thompsons plan,we are soft and out-coached

"We wanted to start well [and] put a lot of pressure on them. It was a good plan, well executed," he said.

THE CONCERN HERE IS THIS HK
Richmond coach Damien Hardwick has conceded his team is "mediocre"
He attended the post-match press conference. "It's really disappointing," he said. "We're a really mediocre football side."

HE GOT THIS RIGHT
Hardwick said although "the buck stops with me"

We have mentally weak players everywhere , it's called recruiting ever year we see the same thing .
Can't cop that. Whenever teams are going shit the players are spineless, the players don't care blah blah blah. New coach, decent game plan... players are fine, just turns out the previous bloke was shit. Need look no further than Port, Melbourne, Heart(Aleague), Warriors(NRL) for how quickly results can change, in any sport.
