Huge culture of mediocrity at richmond. Near enough is good enough. Bunch of hacks not really playing for anything but their paychecks. They're all overpaid, they should be given pay cuts asap. Watch all the hacks try harder when pay is determined on results. I know its unporactical buit bloody hell it would work with those useless **** we call richmond players.

New coach, decent game plan... players are fine, just turns out the previous bloke was shit. Need look no further than Port, Melbourne, Heart(Aleague), Warriors(NRL) for how quickly results can change, in any sport.
