+1 for Howe being nowhere near the votes. Took some nice marks at times but as a defender he makes some awful decisions that burns us too regularly.

I think in a game like today, the votes are always going to be all over the joint. But cannot fathom Howe getting votes. Thought he was our worst defender.

(MMM) Maynard, Murphy battled hard and Moore had his moments in a backline that was under siege for much of the day. They controlled the contested ball, controlled the air, beat us at the stoppage around the ground, and smashed us for tackles. Our forward line was smashed and we just could not find a way to link up going in. Was a tough day at the office and we did reasonably well to stay as close as we did, to be honest.
