Toughest week to give votes that I can remember. We had a fair few who didn't do much, but the senior players were all excellent.

1.5 votes to all of these. JDG, Mihocek, Sidebottom, Crisp, Pendles, Treloar, Grundy, Maynard, Aish, Roughhead.

I can't separate them, so I'm not going to. Surprised that I'm now viewing Aish as a senior player.

Checkers - great all night and we need scoreboard pressure
Pendles - leadership and drive
Crisp - injected speed into the midfield
Jordy - tough contested work and in clearances when required
Maynard - Darling more threatening than Kennedy and did much better than Moore on him despite height difference

4 quarter effort vs a huge last quarter

5. Mihocek
4. DeGoey

Much harder after this with Treloar, Pendlebury, Roughead, Crisp, Maynard, Aish, Hoskin-Elliott, Sidebottom, Mayne and Greenwood all deserving of votes.

3. Treloar
2. Crisp
1. Maynard

Confirmation from the coaches that it was hard to choose the best players:

10 - Brody Mihocek (COLL)
4 - Brodie Grundy (COLL)
4 - Scott Pendlebury (COLL)
3 - Jack Crisp (COLL)
3 - Steele Sidebottom (COLL)
2 - Lewis Jetta (WCE)
2 - Elliot Yeo (WCE)
1 - Jordan Roughead (COLL)
1 - Jordan De Goey (COLL)

Mihocek gets 5 from both coaches and then every other player only got votes from 1 of them.

Wonder who Bucks chose. My money’s on Pendles for the 4 votes, the others I’m not sure of.
