Why so low?......just out of interest
I dropped 7kg in 8 weeks a couple of years ago eating 1500-1800 cals. To be honest I wasn't even counting (or using myfitnesspal) at the time and the weight just fell off me. I'm looking to replicate some of that success but with a more scientific approach.
When I wasn't counting calories I just ate small meals and had post lunch coffee and post dinner green tea to aid satiation.
Good luck - I think 1500 calories would kill me!
My maintenance (estimated) is around 3,100 and I've become a classic hard-gainer over the past few months.
Keep us updated, hope it works for you.
Because I haven't trained in 3 months my strength is back to scratch so I don't have to worry about losing dem gainz
So far so good tho mood and brain function are fairly haven't altered, in fact my girl friend sent me a lovely message yesterday for being extra helpful around the house (note to self, keto gives you domestic superpowers)
Anaerobic and aerobic capacity are improving as expected considering I'm back to lazy man levels after a 3 month hiatus.
So far this week I've trained every day did a 24 hour fast on Monday with morning cardio and doing the same again today.
This shows my calories burnt from my heart rate monitor, like I said Monday and Friday sessions were 4km runs and tue-thu were in the gym
