Meh… now he’s at GC the arrogance/self importance is more noticeable.

I don’t wish him ill will, he changed our club. But I also couldn’t care less about him.

I kind of think that’s a bit odd because most tigers who go elsewhere I still want to see do well, Rioli, Bolton, Lloyd, Matty White, Schulz etc…

I was thinking watching last nights game how many port fans would still like him considering he won a premiership there too.
They booed the shit out of him last night

Im only 39 and lived through years of 9thmond, tambling pots, fiora over pav pots, etc etc.. Losing a final to a team that finished 9th...

Then the coach delivered 3 flags in 4 years.... theres no luck in that. Shit coaches dont accomplish that.

You can hate the events leading up to and departure... but you cannot understate what he did for our club.

Fair points don't agree with his ending and some of his decisions , but the rebuild and 3 peat credit, and people always forget it the back to back flags the hardest thing to do in afl footy.

A ship doesn't make it to port if only the captain is steering. We assembled probably the best coaching and fitness staff ever. It's no coincidence we started dropping off as they were departing.

Reckon you might melt if Suns beat Bombers next week. Hope you've taken your meds.
Which ones I'm on so fkin many I don't know what I'm popping. To be honest, I couldn't care less what they do. I'm just having a pot shot and a bit of fun, a bit different from the bullying and swearing and other crap that goes on in forums. People should be free to express their emotions and thoughts without fear. Sure, some of us are different, but that doesn't make us less of a human. Life is too short to worry about minuscule crap like GC and Dimma.

Dimma is a good coach, definitely not shit, but he was blessed with a list that all came together he had players who now would be seen as some of the best in Richmond's history.

Martin
Cotch
Riewoldt
Rance
Edwards
Grimes
Deledio, although he left before he got the success.

Than you throw in all the players/role players during that time and didn't make mistakes, mosquito fleet buzzing around.

I just don't see it with the Suns list.
They have like one good small forward in Ben Long.

they have inexperienced role players that make too many mistakes where ours didn't.
There key talls don't always work well together either.

Not only that, but Konrad Marshall's book post our 2017 premiership showed all the behind the scenes programs and people who helped make it happen.

Yes, Dimma can coach, but for me the real credit goes to Gary March and Benny Gale.

The current Suns list is closer to the 2013 Richmond list than the Richmond premiership lists.

It’s only Hardwick’s second year at the club. The Suns loss to Port is similar to Richmond’s loss to Carlton late in the 2013 H&A season.

The Suns will make finals, lose Week 1 and then bounce back next year. It’s not a premiership side yet, but it takes time to build a dynasty

They're a plastic club with no culture designed by the AFL to enter into one of the bigger markets in this country.

They will only have success if the AFL gives them concession after concession after concession and hope the traditionally bigger clubs don't object.

He’s building something and Dimma actually knows what’s needed for success. Only time will tell if he gets the right cattle to win a premiership.

I think the finals will go like this, providing the Lions beat the Dawks and the Dogs beat the Dockers.
GC definitely beating the Bombers next Wednesday night.

Crows v Pies AO
Cats v Lions MCG
GWS V GC Engie
Hawks v Dogs MCG

No way that was a penalty
Karma comes back to bite you lol That wasn't a penalty for Arsenal :( Now I'm in no mansland as I can't tell whose worse, Yze vs Farke lol I might add Shehhan and Ferguson on that list I'm well and truly farked.

New respect for him for telling hypocritical Chairman Jacinta where to go on a couple of occasions.
He'd make a great Premier one day.
As to the Suns, I'm as indifferent to them as I am to all other non-Richmond teams, without the hate I have for Essendon and Carlton.

Aligned with this. You can respect what he's done whilst still acknowledging his human side. I feel sorry for him, he let AFL coaching swallow every other part of his identity. Feeling sorry for him doesnt mean I condone his actions, more an acknowledgement that I don't envy the position he is in now.
