2 years for Hardwick in my opinion he has done alot for us and if we dont make the 8 next year he still deserves a extension

The guy is doing the job we expected.

There were so many list cloggers in our team when he took over, Draino shares were going up!

He has slowly culled these types and in the most difficult of environments with the expansion teams, created a new team.

The players like him and play for him. He is intelligent and is learning the caper as well. I have no doubt given the right support, he will give us some regular finals experience. A premiership takes a lot of luck - look at the Dogs, one flag in 100 years. But you have to be in the finals to have a chance. I think he can deliver on that with Benny Gale's and the Board's full support.

And with the fans' support too!
