I’m amazed at the number of people triggered by the commentary. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me being insensitive.

“Commentary team got suddenly flat” was one of the comments in the game thread or something similar while that “w***er” Papalia was literally screaming after Jackson’s goal (or every goal by both clubs).

It’s an interesting phenomenon in today’s world where nothing short of being completely one sided to Freo is good enough and automatically assumed as biased against.

So much angst in this thread. Seems like everyone's triggered by something - if not RTB, it's the umpires, or Pav and the commentators. Being at Optus the commentators didn't bother me one bit, nor did the umps for that matter. Ross didn't either. Imagine this place if we lost.

We got over the line purely on the brilliance of 4 players - Clark, Jackson, Brayshaw and Serong.
Longmuir didn’t even make a sub… tactically inept, and Ross absolutely belted him - saints are just a whole lot less talented and that shone through in the end.

If we had a coach that’s tactically sound, we win by 6+ goals.

As I said, I can level criticism at JLo.
