Has anyone been or currently a support worker?

Just trying to work out if it's possible to get full time work in this field?

Im not but work in a field where I deal with them daily ( Supplier of AT for NDIS, PWC etc )

Most of my clients have support workers.
From what they tell me your probably not going to get 'full time' work but plenty of hours if you want .

Most roles are part time , but hours are there . Know some who do 50-60 hours , some 25-30 and change it up.
Some work for a few different agencies.
Depends in your wanting age care work or say NDIS

Im in Vic also . PM me if you like , most of my therapists would have contacts etc but the work would be there
