Currently parents can receive disability support for a child with a disability.
I propose that this support should NOT be given to parents who voluntarily bring a severely disabled child into the world.
All parents should receive a in utero test for common disabilities. If the test comes up positive for a severe disability then they will NOT get any payments for the child.
Thoughts?
