Not sure what you mean by coached? She was very calm and almost like reading from a script (he has a freckle on his head you can see when you part his hair) except a couple of questions seemed to throw her.

She didn't answer "How long has he been missing?", the first question. Instead she said "We've been looking for him now for about 15 or 20 minutes." OK. "I thought it could be 5 or it could be longer. He was just playing around here, we heard him and then we heard nothing."

She also deflected and didn't answer the question about whether he as wearing shoes. which you'd think would be important for how far he would get if he he'd ran off into the bush or not.

"Was he wearing any shoes do you know or any distinguishing features?"

"Um, um, um, oh he has a freckle on the top of his head when you part the hair o the left hand side, you'll see a freckle on the top of his head." 000"Ok, alright."

"There wasn't anyone suspicious in the area? Any suspicious vehicles?

"No ... no, no, no. No, well not that I'm aware of. I was out there talking to Mum and my other daughter, so..."

I'm aware they have talked to a specialist in how trauma can cause delayed memories and heard this specialist on the podcast. But she was never given the 000 call to listen to and wasn't aware that the question of any suspicious people or suspicious vehicles was asked at the time of reporting William missing, and was talking in a generic way how delayed memories can occur.

A week after William disappeared the foster mother remembered not only seeing the parked cars she said around 7.30 am when she opened the curtains, but the strange ginger haired giant of a man driving past when she was on the driveway with her daughter. Interestingly she admitted to googling the types of cars before she reported them to police the next day. She said she was looking to see what sort of cars were like the ones she remembered. One matched closely to a car Tony Jones, someone the grandparents would have known was driving. She then didn't remember which car was parked in front of which and transposed them in her second affidavit.

Now it will be interesting of the photo's she said she took around 9.38 am were actually taken two hours, around 7.30 am earlier like the meta data suggested and not after the father had said he had already left for his business phone call. The post that showed three of four other images with William drawing a picture shown back in this thread are different than the published one with William "roaring" looking up at someone.

In all of the other photos he was calmly drawing a picture and not playing any sort of roaring game. I think he was doing that to impress the person he was looking up at , most likely the foster father who was still at home at that stage.
It was reported yesterday the time stamp on the picture was now under urgent forensic examination due to a “created” time with a two-hour discrepancy from a “corrected time”.

But he had an alibi with a receipt from the coffee shop and a parent that swears in an affidavit he saw him immediately afterwards at the assembly.

Kendall seems almost like the Moe of NSW with Tony Jones and Paul Savage as well. Has muddied the waters and given cops and press fake fodder.

I think it's too hard to tell. Looks lower to me and I wondered if it was a blue sedan?

A bright blue sedan driven by a man was seen by witness Ron Chapman driving close behind a old box type fawn coloured 4WD driven by a largish woman who had a fair complexion, had her hear in a bun "on top of her head" and was wearing a white short-sleeved blouse.

Mr Chapman saw a young boy dressed in a Spider man suit pressed against the window in the back of the 4WD whom he is 100% was William.

The vehicle - described as an old box type 4WD - was being driven by a woman and was travelling at such a speed that it almost ran off the road, Chapman told the NSW Coroner's Court.

“It was coming from Batar Creek Road ... heading east," Chapman said.

“The car was being driven around the corner at a speed. I heard gravel ... she was almost in the drain ..... that’s what made me look up.”

“She had taken the corner too fast and that’s what almost put her into the drain," he said.

Chapman, 80, told the court the woman had a fair complexion, had her hear in a bun "on top of her head" and was wearing a white short-sleeved blouse.

In the back seat of the car was a boy, aged about three or four, with his hands up to the window, Chapman told the court.

“He was standing. He was unrestrained. He wasn’t crying.”

Chapman said another speeding car - a bright blue sedan - was following close behind.

Probed by Coroner Harriet Grahame, Chapman conceded he should have shared the critical information sooner, telling the court he was anxious about whether he was right or not.

"Are you in two minds today?" asked Grahame.

Chapman replied: "I definitely saw William. I'm 100 per cent sure it was William."

Then get him on these allegations if true.

He has clear alibis for the Tyrell disappearance that was ignored by the Police. Had they competently followed this up, they would have realised that they should have been channelling their efforts elsewhere rather than wasting a huge amount of resources & ensuring this case remains unsolved.

That article was from early 2015; three years after William's disappearance the cops 'all but ruled out' a pedo ring being involved in this case. The cops obviously had tunnel vision for this Spedding, and expected the case was solved so easily. They didn't even bother to obtain the evidence to prove themselves mistaken. Maybe they should've spent more time focusing on the people in whose care W was at the time of his 'disappearance' before looking outside of the inner circle.

It is no longer believed the kidnapper is a member of a pedophile ring.

Previously, police had investigated an alleged pedophile ring operating around Kendall as possibly being involved in William's disappearance, but A Current Affair can reveal that line of inquiry has been all but ruled out.

Gary Jubelin is back in court. Seems to me the objectionable recordings Jubelin is in trouble for are only those with the neighbour Paul Savage, I wonder if he made a complaint. Paul Savage wasn't the only person who's conversation with Jubelin was recorded through the investigation.

This is why he's in trouble. There must have been covert listening devices in the neighbour Paul Savage's house.

Mr Hogan told the court Mr Jubelin allegedly placed his mobile on speakerphone and instructed a colleague to record the conversation with Mr Savage using that colleague's phone, meaning it was allegedly outside the scope of the warrant.

Mr Hogan alleged Mr Jubelin asked the colleague to prepare a transcript of some of the conversations, but to say they originated from the surveillance devices covered by the warrant.

The court heard that in May 2018, Mr Jubelin made another two allegedly illegal recordings of Mr Savage, this time at his Kendall home, on his own mobile.

The court was told a fourth conversation was recorded at the same location in December.

The quality of the original covert recordings gave rise to the need to record conversations on a device that was not the subject of a warrant, the court heard.

Gary Jubelin had a spiderman suit planted in the bush where Paul Savage couldn't miss it on his morning walk, specifically so undercovers could covertly watch/record his reaction to it.

Paul Savage stopped near the suit on consecutive days, didn't report it until the second day.

Savage picks up the suit on the 1st day and is swarmed by police - later tests indicate the presence of Savage DNA and fingerprints on a spiderman suit

Heard on covert listening devices in his house after his wife died.

Mr Savage, who has never been charged over the disappearance of William, was recorded in August 2017 saying: "Don't tell anyone love, they're right after me. Sorry".

Detective Beacroft said she would need to see a transcript to confirm the exact words but recalled the recording

OMG more clickbait! 'Don't tell anyone I did it love' is what they're inferring, expecting people will just read the first part of the article, when he's actually telling his dead wife not to tell anyone "they're right after him". We know that because he's no longer a POI. Makes me not want to click on media links any more, it's out of control.

IIRC though, this Detective Beacroft always said she didn't believe Paul Savage was responsible. That might have caused some conflict between her and Jubelin.

As an aside, planting a spiderman suit on the path where Paul Savage walks every day is a nasty thing to do to an old man. Can you imagine the tricks they played on Bill Spedding?

The longer this goes on the more it looks like Jubelin was drinking his own bath water. He reckons those above him were picking on him, but in the same breath says of Paul Savage (who's been cleared of any involvement):

""It wasn't beyond the realm of possibility that he'd commit suicide because of the pressure that was being applied to him.""

Poor Jub Jub.

Poor poor Jub Jub cashing in :)

Jubelin signed a book and broadcast deal with publisher HarperCollins and News Corp covering his life, career and the high-profile homicide cases he has been involved with during his 34-year career in policing.

The NSW Commissioner of Police tried to have this accusation by Gary Jubelin suppressed.

“Nobody cares about that kid.”
That is what the former homicide detective, Gary Jubelin, says he was told, three years into the frustrating investigation into the disappearance of the missing foster child, William Tyrrell.

“Get him off the books. Send him to unsolved homicide.”

Mr Jubelin took several other swipes at the NSW Police Force as he gave evidence at a hearing into allegations he illegally recorded Paul Savage, a person of interest in the William Tyrrell investigation.
He claimed Deputy Commissioner Dave Hudson also told him, "don't worry, you won't be charged, there's no public interest in you being charged".
