Disgraceful

Further on from that interview I heard yesterday. Woey & Ingo admitted that once again the team took it easy during the pre season. They thought it would all happen. That is nothing short of disgraceful. You would have thought they would have learnt the first time. The coach has to take some responsibility. To let that happen is pathetic. Its not only the players that have to lift their game, it is the coach as well.

well i was down at a lot of preseason sessions over summer particularly Melbourne's and they looked to be working harder than most teams....i have a feeling it wasn't their actual training that the comment was reffering to but!

They were not mentally prepared...consequently, the physical aspect suffers as well.

Actually in a way I tend to agree. If there is not improvement next year his time may be up.

I actually agree with Spidey on that they work very very hard during the pre-season.
I think that like Ms.Storm said they weren't mentally ready and thats not something you should blame the coach for, its something you should blame the club for; they should have got a phsycologist and long long time ago.... it would make a hell of a difference!
