Disrespect

That sort of shit has been happening for years in the change room after match interviews.
If it gets a bit much too stomach(LOLOLOL) then switch the box off or change channels straight after a win.
I feel for you....

Hey guys, just want to have my two bob here...

Watching Channel 7's Gameday last night, and seeing the Judd interview, I couldn't help but feel that there is a certain lack of respect being shown to the captain of our football club. He is trying to do a media interview, and yet there is a certain bonehead throwing his socks at him. Juddy, in typical fashion laughed this off, but there was another instance a couple of minutes later where something else got thrown at him. In reaction to this he looked a little upset; no laughing, but just seemed to take a deep breath.

Looking back on seeing the song sung now, the player standing next to Judd even tried to eye gouge him, wtf?

I don't know guys, do the boys down at the club have that much respect for Judd? I'm sure if they did they certainly wouldn't be doing this to him. Certainly angered me to see the captain treated with such disrespect.

Furthermore, Tim Watson said that the Carlton boys celebrate a win as good as any. This also made me uneasy; yeah celebrate the win, but at the end of the day it's just 4 points. I just think there might be too much of a party boy culture down there at the moment, and they aren't complete football professionals as of yet.

Thoughts??
Turn it up you would be a boring person to be with.I could imagine you in a suit and tie at a camping spot drinking a 1787 Chateau Lafite eating Beluga caviar.

I didnt want to clutter up the boards but I have a similar issue

During the game I noticed a couple of guys smacking each others bums. This concerns me because I think there may be a homosexual culture at the club, resulting in the spreading of aids and other such diseases

This needs to be sorted out soon because otherwise the entire football club could die.

Politically incorrect as hell, but funny as ****.

It shows how new and innocent he is to say that about the Saints, that type of stuff will bite you in the arse. Always complement the team you just beat and give them no ammo for the next match.

yer mate that's how I took it too. A young guy giving one of his first live interviews and just being a little dazzled by the lights

Watch every in-rooms interview. Socks and the lot will be thrown at them to everyones amusement. Hands in faces and ears also regularly occur during the song when the camera is on.

What the hell next? starchamber...

What is this... where did the ****ing PC crowd come from???

First there was Not Happy and now this thread???

Either the OP is taking the piss after a fantastic win or they don't know anything about group dynamics and team bonding.

We have gone from a group a few years back where we wouldnt have this sort of play in the rooms after a match to what we have now...

I like now :D

As long it's not a used up Condom. The 25 locker was probably cleaned up by house keeping lol.

switched on during game time - that is what is important
One thing that concerns me that nobody was wearing this years members hats in the crowd. Have all the $1.10 hats made in China decayed already?

Hahahaha.

They're shithouse, aren't they. My mate wrote to the club, twice, and got some crappy stock-standard response. I haven't even bothered collecting mine.

Have you been picked on or never been out with your mates before??

Eye gouge??? plz never get a job with the tribunal,(i think i wanna give u a real eye gauge for even writing this crapping thread)

Angered you?? i think that those guys are all playing for him and as he leads they will all follow. I am thinking you are confusing disrespect with a form of brotherly bonding, i am assuming u never played any sport, just assuming....

Why would you listen to what tim watson said? and why cant they celebrate?

Thoughts??

:dont think too much more or ur peanut brain might brust...

No offense CM as you are new and you're entitled to your opinion, but is this a serious thread??

This sort of behaviour happens at every club, i think players try to make fun of others when the camera is on them, they also need to ahve fun.

The hands in the face thing has been happening for years.

And the celebrating well...think that was just a line, but why shouldn't they enjoy the win after knocking off the 2nd best team over the past 3 years!!

Lighten up and enjoy what the Blues are cooking!!

I've got no issue with him saying that. Very few defences have the pace to match it with all three of Yarran, Betts and Garlett.

Agree with B4F!!

Why shouldn't we say that when in fact its true and the commentators are saying that.

I doubt saying they are slow will give them ammo next game cause they will still be slow and unable to catch the 3 boys!!

The respect for the great man is immense and all of the players talk about it.

The hard bit with Judd is getting to know him and 'loving him as a bloke'. He is a professional and a bit stand-offish. This behaviour evidences that the players do love him as a bloke in his own way. (I mean he's far smarter than most of the rest of them put together - this cant be easy to make friends in a footy hetero pump up footy club).

I thought it was great.
