So if I just ate raw meat I'd grow sharp claws and a simple, short and smooth colon?

And, you're an omnivore...

That's debatable ^^
interesting chart. i eat chicken/mince/fish a lot of fruit some vegetables some red meat and too much processed/pre packaged food, and would be willing to try a vegan/vegetarian type lifestyle but it just seems too much trouble. i have known a few vegans over the years and they say it's just too hard to keep it going.
i am a 56 year old male of normal weight (185cm 78kg) and i play regular sport and have a regular exercise program. your postings on various threads on healthy lifestyle choices are provocative and intriguing to me. you seem to know and research the subjects well. what would a typical days dietary intake look like for me if i was to follow a vegan lifestyle and still be able to be very active physically.

Cherry picking one point from so many is the standard meat eater mentality, I think a better question would be what adaptation has evolved to show humans are anything but Behavioural Omnivores?
Short and smooth you think would help quick digestion to avoid toxins and carcinogens in our herbivorously long digestive tract.
Yes I'm sure we probably digest meat just fine even though chemically and physiologically we show no signs having evolved towards an omnivorous diet.

KFC is rubbish nowadays, I remember it used to be so much better in the 90s.
In the US their KFCs seemed so much better when I was there. Other than the fact they only had wedges as the chip option, everything else seemed better. The KFC over here these days just gives off a really cheap shitty vibe. The one over there was definitely similar with the cheap aspect, but the food I liked more.

Found it the opposite way around with McDonalds.

Australia is the only place in the world where Maccas is profitable!

Was 100% tongue in cheek, I couldn't give a shit what you or anyone else eats.

maccas

Lol, no its because someone (Illinois Nazi maybe?) called it Mackers instead of mac cas. Now its a "hilarious" filter.

That's definitely not true. Australia are one of their elite markets though. The USA account for 40% of sales. Australia, Canada, Britain, Germany and France account for another 40%.

Just on that conversation - it's a bit different in the States but when comparing Canada and Australia, McDonald's is on par, KFC and Burger King are better in Australia.
